With Experience in Ashtanga & Yin Yoga Instruction; 55+ Yoga; Chair Yoga; Yoga Nidra; Chakra Yoga and Vinyasa Flow; Michelle Welcomes you to free your mind, body and spirit with a weekly 75-minute session over an eight (8) week period. Gentle Hatha Yoga returning April 2024, classes will be offered on-site.
